We carefully prepare every order to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully packaged.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to Spain and throughout the European Union.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery destination and are clearly displayed at checkout before your purchase is completed.
We offer free shipping on qualifying orders of €150 or more, where applicable.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times:
- Balearic Islands: 1–3 business days
- Mainland Spain: 2–4 business days
- European Union: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, carrier delays or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped with UPS.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number.
