Why We Selected It

The Lolita is not a subtle hat. The wave brim is sculptural and deliberate — it references the oversized sun hats of Italian cinema and the kind of summer that moves slowly. In natural water hyacinth, the material is honest and tactile: you can see every coil of fibre, every row of weave.
